Murray Air Certifications' ADMS allows an airline to accomplish the following
important tasks during an FAA certification process:
- Create and update electronic manuals during (and after) an FAA certification process
- Allow authors and subject matter experts to easily post their manual content for review and comments in any format that they choose
- Change the status of a manual appropriately during the certification process so that it is clear when a manual is ready for FAA approval or for distribution within the airline
- Distribute manuals to a specified group of manual users in a secure manner with the click of a button
- Automatically adjust the distribution of sections, chapters or manuals depending on each airline’s preference
- Create an unlimited number of subscription groups so that users only need to receive manuals that are relevant to their role within the airline
- Notify the appropriate group of manual recipients of updated manuals via email
- Allow a central administrator to review the list of users that have not yet logged in to the system to update their manuals and take the necessary compliance actions.
- Accomplish all tasks through a standard web browser without having to install or maintain additional software on users’ computers
- Allow 24/7 access to manuals through a secure login
